Support the development of the learning and development strategy, contributing to decision-making regarding resource allocation and program prioritization. 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated expertise in learning product management, curriculum architecture, and multi-modal instructional design. Strong analytical skills with experience in measuring and reporting on learning impact. Experience managing vendors and learning platforms to support scalable program execution. Own the learning portfolio roadmap, defining priorities, sequencing, and lifecycle management of programs based on business demand, learner insights, and performance data. Apply product-management principles to learning solutions iterating based on feedback, piloting new approaches, and ensuring scalability and continuous improvement. Partner with data, analytics, and technology teams to measure portfolio performance, identify capability gaps, and inform future learning investments and innovation priorities.
