SUMMARY

The Manager, Lease Administration is responsible for leading, directing and motivating the team responsible for managing client and BGIS leased/owned properties. The Lease Administration Manager is responsible for the integrity of the property database, accurate and timely reporting (including critical date recording), the generation of rental payments and the overseeing the desk-top lease audit function. This role will also be involved in corporate initiatives such as new client transitions and projects related to lease management service delivery. The Manager interacts with BGIS Senior Management, Client, and other key stakeholders and ensures a high standard of service excellence is maintained.
