The Opportunity Reporting to the Head of Leasing – Office, the Manager, Leasing – Office will play a key role in delivering strategic leasing outcomes across the Melbourne office portfolio. Working closely with senior members of the leasing team, Asset Managers and Divisional Portfolio Managers, this role supports the execution of leasing strategies that drive portfolio performance. This is a rare opportunity to join the Dexus Office Leasing team—widely regarded as market leaders in the institutional landlord sector. The role is focused on attracting new customers and retaining existing ones across a portfolio that includes some of Melbourne’s most prestigious office assets. You will make an impact by: Support and execute leasing strategies, managing end‑to‑end transactions including negotiations and legal documentation to achieve strong financial outcomes. Ensure leasing activity meets targets, applying sound financial analysis to all deals. Market Intelligence Use market data and the Market Leasing Database to inform strategy, target tenants and share insights with the team. Proactively canvass, network and build a strong pipeline of prospective customers. Build strong relationships with customers, tenant reps and agents to position the Dexus portfolio competitively. Provide leasing input to internal stakeholders across capital transactions, developments, marketing and research. Manage compliance and accurate transaction processing within LMS. Contribute to budgeting, planning and reporting requirements. About You You’re commercially minded, passionate about the office sector, and skilled at building trusted relationships. You will bring: 3–5 years’ experience in office leasing, with strong knowledge of the Melbourne market. Proven ability to build and influence relationships with customers, tenant reps and agencies. Commercial acumen, with the ability to interpret trends, extract insights and support data‑driven decisions. An active and growing network across agencies and tenant representatives. Strength in executing leasing transactions, including negotiations and deal management. Exposure to leasing strategies and high‑quality marketing campaigns. Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills, with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
