Description
Working closely with the Manager of Leisure & Specialty Products, this position will help translate market insights, sales feedback, and partner needs into scalable commercial products. Assist in the design and packaging of leisure travel products, with a particular focus on cruise consolidator agreements, tour bundles, pre/post cruise itineraries, and value-add leisure campaigns. Support the development and implementation of tactical leisure promotions, including Wave Season initiatives, destination-based tour offers, and multi-sector bundled itineraries for the cruise and tours audience. Work closely with field sales teams and global account managers to gather feedback on partner needs, product gaps, and pricing pressures, and translate this into actionable program updates. Collaborate with Revenue Management and Pricing teams to build fare structures, net pricing, and commission models that support growth in leisure verticals while protecting revenue quality. Assist in managing partner onboarding processes for cruise consolidators and tour operators, ensuring accurate setup in internal systems and alignment with program requirements. Coordinate the calendar of cruise and tour-related tactical campaigns, ensuring internal and external readiness and alignment with route launch timelines, seasonality, and partner distribution cycles. Support the tracking and evaluation of campaign performance across all leisure programs, with an emphasis on revenue uplift, partner engagement, and market penetration. Ensure all product development and communication activities comply with internal governance processes, pricing policy, and legal requirements. University degree in Business, Tourism, Marketing or related field Minimum 5 years' experience in leisure sales, cruise or tour operations, or airline revenue or commercial product development Strong understanding of leisure distribution, dealing structures and net fare programs Ability to work cross-functionally with pricing, revenue, marketing and field sales teams Excellent planning and project coordination skills Comfortable working in a high-paced, cross-cultural commercial environment Experience with campaign performance tracking and post-promotion reporting Strong Excel, PowerPoint and commercial reporting skills required Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platform is a plus
