Description

Manages production schedules based on product structure , equipment efficiency , material supply , resource availability and volume requirement to meet the demand with optimize quantity and quality. Coordinate Package/Line CLIP performance through Improvement Projects. Set min/max wip target by processes and generate report to access/manage Line / Package Range Performance. Lead ramp-up, migration/ transfers, start-up, and cost savings projects whereby lots scheduling and machine resources are involved. Define number of equipment's and resource required base on Line/Package Demand. Drive Cost Improvement Activities in Direct/Indirect Material Consumption. Lead PR improvement team in bottleneck processes. Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering & Business Admin. To have background in Planning Systematic Tools (eg, Business Object & Cerberus) in order to derive and analyst planning data. To have background in EXCEL , Power point in order to establish daily , weekly and monthly Operation and key KPI report. To have background in coordination as required to coordinate improvement projects to meet Line/Package performance. To have some background in Industrial Planning as need to know on equipment UPH and managing of bottleneck process. A bit of Cost background as need to drive Direct / Indirect Material Cost.
