• Position: Store Manager - Retail (NOC 60020)
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Compensation: $44.00 per hour
• Working hours: 30 hours per week
• Benefit: 4% of vacation pay

• Job DutiesTake full responsibility for the overall management and success of POP-IN FOOD STORE, overseeing all store operations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage all aspects of staffing, including recruiting, training, scheduling, supervising, and retaining store employees.
• Plan and control store operations—including purchasing, merchandising, and inventory management—to ensure steady product availability and minimal waste.
• Analyze Odessa local market trends and customer preferences to determine product mix, pricing, and promotional activities.
• Establish sales targets and operational goals, monitor performance, and implement strategies to achieve strong financial outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and distributors, negotiating effectively to secure quality products and competitive pricing.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, health, and workplace standards while fostering a safe and efficient work environment.
• Oversee store security, including key control and cash handling procedures.
• Skills
• Manage and oversee all store operations, including cash handling and retail systems.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve sales and performance goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive client experience.
• § Prior retail management or supervisory experience required.
• Willing to relocate to a rural area.

• RequirementsCompletion of a two-year diploma or higher
• Min. 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a retail sales environment
