Our TeamOur Corporate Finance and Transaction Advisory team consists of full-service transaction advisors (buy or sell) that advise clients through the entire M&A process – from assessment of strategic alternatives to the initial valuation, quality of earnings assessment, preparation of a financial model and confidential information memorandum (CIM), closing statements, and through closing – we assist both large multinationals and small private companies through some of their most important business and life decisions.

  • A day in the life of a Transaction Advisory Senior Associate:Develop an in-depth understanding of client’s businesses, their drivers, including analysis of historical performance, working capital, capital expenditure, forecasts and underlying assumptions
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of marketing pitches to existing and potential clients, as well as transaction related material (i.e. information memorandum, teasers, buyers list)
  • Assist in the preparation of integrated financial models, due diligence workbooks, and quality of earning reports
  • Analysis and preparation of working capital models
  • Prepare potential buyer (target) lists
  • Assist in discussions amongst various stakeholders (buyers, sellers) with regards to due diligence and business matters
  • Calculation of post-closing price adjustments, dispute notices, dispute resolution and earn-outs
  • Support the Business Advisory team with the purchase price allocation and separation / post-acquisition integration
  • Train less experienced staff
  • Assist in business development initiatives


  • What We Are Looking ForCPA designation
  • University degree in Accounting, Commerce or Business
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience with at least 1 year in financial due diligence, corporate finance, investment banking, or corporate development
  • Strong computer literacy with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint and Word presentation skills
  • Very strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple mandates
  • Ensure quality of client deliverables by having a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prepare integrated financial models, and valuation analysis
  • Ability to use research tools to extract relevant background material for business development and transaction support
  • Strong personal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment under time constraints
  • Ability to generate new business through the cultivation of existing relationships as well as the development of new relationships by various efforts
  • Ability to travel when necessary. Candidates must be able to enter the USA to work on client assignments.
  • Comprehensive financial and accounting skills
  • Bilingual (French and English is an asset)
  • Knowledge of Presentation Solution DatabookPro / Create is a plus.

•        Client Relationship Management & UHNW Advisory: Manages high-net-worth and international client relationships, delivering tailored, trust-based advisory aligned with client goals, risk appetite, and investment horizon.

•        Portfolio & Wealth Management: Evaluates client financial positions and identifies opportunities across investments, deposits, and protection solutions to support holistic financial planning.

•        NRI Banking & Cross-Border Transactions: Handles NRI banking, forex transactions, remittances, and account management, with a focus on compliant and seamless international service delivery.

•        Regulatory Compliance & Risk Control: Applies KYC/AML frameworks and internal risk controls consistently across client onboarding, transactions, and portfolio reviews.

•        Business Development & Cross-Selling: Builds new client relationships through proactive prospecting, referrals, and networking, while expanding wallet share through cross-selling and upselling.

•        Financial Operations & Process Ownership: Owns end-to-end financial and offboarding processes, coordinating across teams to ensure accurate, timely, and audit-compliant closure.
