Description
The Manager of the Processing team will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of one or more Processing teams. This person will oversee the scheduling, performance, and quality of that Processing team. The person will be responsible for process and technology implementation, process adherence, and process improvement of the team.  This person will optimize operations and introduce better workflows and new tools to optimize the operations of the Processing group. The person will be actively involved in hiring, training, and mentoring the senior team members and the staff. The role requires identification of training, training documentation, training plotter, and conducting training sessions
Responsibilities
The manager will oversee the day-to-day operations, performance, and quality of the processing team while implementing process improvements and new technologies. They are also responsible for hiring, training, and mentoring staff to ensure error-free project delivery.
