Job Overview The Manager, Live-to-Site will be responsible for leading a small team, coordinating cross-functional work flows, and overseeing style turn in process to the website for an assigned business area. In this role, the Manager, Live-to-Site will train and develop team members, manage the timelines and distribution of work to ensure the team supports and delivers company goals. When business needs require, this position will also execute direct responsibilities of turn-in across the area of the business, and work with vendors to obtain samples or vendor imagery, prepare documentation and facilitate all product turn in meetings for product page and editorial assets. This position requires frequent communication and cross collaboration with multiple teams and divisions including Buying, Planning, Marketing, Creative, Merchant Operations and Site Merchandising. Essential Functions * Oversee, guide, train and develop team (of 5-6 hourly executives) in maximizing productivity, meeting deadlines, and instilling best practices * Use key metrics within reporting and act as a communication bridge between upper management and the area of business to escalate any business issues and opportunities for efficiencies in line with live-to-site goals * Manage sample life cycle through partnership with vendors to get jpeg imagery or samples, required product copy and vendor information needed to submit product information for sample turn-ins * Coach team members, provide feedback, address any gaps in execution within area of business  * Demonstrate confidence engaging with senior-level stakeholders and supports leadership in preparing and tailoring messaging for executive audiences * Regulate warehouse bugs and NOS (Not on Site) products. Send weekly NOS reports and ensure visibility and alignment with upper management on key issues * Collaborate with Merchant Teams to create, manage and maintain monthly trackers for new site products and track monthly item count * Work with the Fashion Office, Marketing, and Merchant Teams to execute the collection of samples for both print and digital editorial projects and manage sample returns post shoot Competencies * We encourage candidates with either a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field to apply * 1-2 years of experience in digital content management, managing sample/information turn-in process, or related field * Outstanding relationship orientation with the ability to build meaningful relationships with key business stakeholders * Excellent communication (written, verbal) skills; values keeping others informed, effectively presenting information in a clear, concise manner * Possesses excellent organizational skills, strong leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills * History of demonstrated leadership skills and ability to  * Must be extremely internet savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite * Ability to juggle multiple projects - can identify primary and secondary objectives, prioritize tasks, and communicate timeline to team members * Maintains confidentiality and security of sensitive company information   This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses.
