Job Description Role Purpose The Logistics Performance Manager is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving end-to-end logistics performance. The role focuses on time-based KPIs, supply efficiency, rider productivity, and overall customer experience, translating complex data into actionable insights and performance-driven initiatives across riders, vendors, systems, and external factors. What's on your plate? 1. Performance Monitoring & Analytics Monitor, analyze, and report logistics performance metrics with primary focus on: On-time %, OOT, lateness %, failure rate UTR, stacking %, EPH Overall supply and staffing efficiency Establish and maintain performance baselines, trends, and early-warning indicators to proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities. Own daily and weekly logistics performance dashboards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with regional metric definitions and standards. 2. Root Cause Analysis & Diagnostics Diagnose performance movements (positive or negative) through end-to-end analysis across the logistics ecosystem, including: Riders: attendance, no-shows, late log-ins, shift adherence, productivity, and earnings. Vendors: collaborate with Vendor Operations to validate insights, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions. Algorithms / Product: assess and quantify the impact of feature launches, algorithm changes, or system behavior on logistics KPIs. External factors: traffic conditions, weather events, area disruptions, and special events. Perform deep-dive analysis on performance deviations, identifying root causes and quantifying impact. 3. Performance Strategy & Improvement Initiatives Lead and manage performance-driven initiatives aimed at improving: Staffing efficiency EPH and rider productivity Supply utilization and overall logistics KPIs Translate data insights into clear narratives, recommendations, and action plans for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Ensure continuous performance review through post-implementation analysis and impact tracking to validate outcomes and drive continuous improvement. 4. Planning, Forecasting & Readiness Partner closely with Planning to: Forecast demand and supply requirements Optimize staffing efficiency Improve fleet utilization Support operational readiness planning for events and peak periods by: Modeling scenarios and identifying risks Tracking performance during execution Ensuring healthy customer experience metrics and sufficient supply coverage 5. Rider & Vendor Performance Support Analyze rider supply behavior and highlight risks or anomalies impacting performance or earnings. Design, recommend, and support rider incentive mechanisms during peak or eventful periods to: Stabilize supply Improve rider earnings Protect EPH and CX metrics Support vendor-level performance analysis by preparing insights, trend reports, and data packs to enable corrective actions in collaboration with Vendor Operations. Track the effectiveness of incentives and operational interventions, measuring impact on supply stability, EPH, and CX. 6. Stakeholder Management & Governance Act as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for: Regional CX initiatives related to logistics performance Shared Service Center (SSC) performance topics Prepare performance readouts, narratives, and materials for: Leadership reviews Regional stakeholders Cross-functional forums Support ad-hoc analysis, investigations, and strategic initiatives Qualifications What did we order?
