Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Single point of contact responsible for planning and execution for inbound/ outbound logistics Planning Strong analytical skills to carry out route & truck planning, cost benefit analysis decide on FOR vs. Ex works etc. Definition of logistics SLAs, inbound/outbound contracts and penalty clauses with periodic refresh including facilitating negotiations, coordinating with services providers for negotiation with periodic validation TMS & other software understanding API integration understanding & drive E2E implementation   Execution Ensuring 3PL players adhere to stipulated SLAs Weekly summary of delivery time to stakeholders Escalation to relevant stakeholders in case of breaches Constant monitoring of stocks not in warded or not packed to warehouse Day to day coordination between 3PL, operations team and suppliers Respond to logistics queries to the Customer care teams   Overall Driving internal process efficiencies and defining SLAs to be guaranteed to stakeholders Fostering an organizational culture to promote continuous improvement Preferred Industries Logistcs/Cour.Fre.WhLogisticsEducation Qualification B.
