Shop Manager is to maintain high shop standards by working with team and ensuring our customers have the best experience. Works closely with Shop owner, a summary of roles and responsibilities is as following.

  • Responsible for daily operation
  • managing staff team
  • Sets daily tasks for staff
  • Understands fast food business
  • Work with Chefs and management to create various menu deals
  • Collect customer feedback
  • Ensures staff remain productive
  • Maintain day to day operating
  • Deals with any employee relations issues as they arise
  • Orders supplies
  • Keep records for accounts
  • Checks food quality
  • Responsible to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Organises staff rota and working shifts, arranges staff to cover any sickness or staff absence
  • Controls use of supplies to prevent wastage
  • Processing payments /orders and Packing
  • Processing any refund and dealing with any complaints

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £39,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Bar management: 1 year (preferred)
  • Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Management: 1 year (preferred)
  • Supervising: 1 year (required)
  • Takeaway management: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
