Proficiency in using CRM software, email marketing tools, and social media platforms.     Qualification/ Personal Attributes A degree in Engineering / Diploma, or a related field is often preferred.           Job Description Key Responsibilities Capability Building Evaluating Employee & Channel Needs Designing Training Programs and Materials Scheduling Training Sessions Delivering Training Sessions Assessing Learning Outcomes In-side Sales Efficiently manage and prioritize filtered sales leads to ensure timely follow-up and engagement. Build strong relationships with potential customers through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and pain points. (Virtual /Physical Site Visit & System Sizing) Offer appropriate products or services that meet customer needs, highlighting key benefits and value propositions. Address customer concerns and objections effectively to move leads through the sales pipeline. Lead handing over to business team. (Process to be Finilized-Biding Process or Something Else) Schedule and conduct follow-up communications with business team to ensure the conversion from sales funnel to order. Maintain records of lead interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Provide regular reports on lead conversion rates and sales performance.
