WHAT YOU’LL DO

• You lead strategic and content-related consulting projects and teams in the banking and insurance sector.
• You develop and implement strategies for the entire company, but also for individual business units.
• You will support complex transformation projects using innovative solutions.
• You optimize and further develop organizations and processes.
• You manage stakeholders and build long-term relationships with top decision-makers.
• You actively participate in the further development of the Financial Services portfolio in P3.

WHO YOU ARE

• You bring experience in leading business-relevant projects in interdisciplinary teams in the financial sector.
• You have a solution- and implementation-oriented way of thinking and working, also with a view to the further development of the project teams in terms of content.
• You are open to new topics and project contexts, especially understanding and enthusiasm for new technologies in the financial industry.
• You possess the perseverance and ability to create an environment of trust and respect for customers and employees.
• You bring a hybrid working style, both on-site at the client's location and in your home office.
