In this role as Sparring- and Business Partner for our sister companies in Region America you offer support in strategical and functional concerns.
In the course of monthly reporting, you are – beside others – responsible for tracking and challenging financial performance, as well as discussion and initiation of action in case of deviations.
In the context of estimates, annual and medium-term planning, you will take over the responsibility for the coordination of related processes and evaluate and discuss the content within – especially the strategical ambition, roadmap and tasks. Further, you support from strategy breakdown up to the development of measures in close alignment with stakeholders.
Partly, you support countries also operationally e.g. regarding month end closing, ERP system set up and analysis.
Besides, you will work in challenging cross-functional, international or country-specific projects – e.g. with focus on process improvement, saving potentials or investments.
