Smart Containers are a key enabler for Hapag-Lloyd’s future value creation — from new revenue streams to substantial operational cost savings. To accelerate this journey, Hapag-Lloyd is establishing a strengthened Smart Container Management department within its Strategy Office with a clear mandate to develop, scale, and embed high-impact use cases across the organization. As Manager Smart Container – Use Case Owner, you have the opportunity to rethink and actively shape our way of doing business by realizing creative solutions to integrate smart container data into our operational processes. You will act as an end-to-end owner for selected use cases and core data modules. Your role is to ensure that ideas turn into pilots, pilots turn into scaled solutions, and scaled solutions deliver measurable financial impact. You will work hands-on with Operations experts, IT product teams, and Data Insights & Analytics (DIA) team, with a clear “can-do” attitude: overcoming prioritization conflicts and ensuring delivery.
