Responsibilities: Coordinate coding tasks and API development across modules. Ensure proper unit/integration testing and code reviews. Monitor sprint progress and resolve technical blockers. Collaborate with QA and DevOps for automated deployments. Optimize application performance and scalability. Must-Have Skills: Strong development skills in Java (Spring Boot) and/or .NET Core. Experience with REST API design and integration. Knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven systems. Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases and ORM frameworks. Ability to troubleshoot and optimize code for performance and scalability. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP). Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins). Exposure to Kafka or other messaging systems. Understanding of security best practices and encryption standards.
