To further drive our growth, we are looking to expand our HR team and are seeking an experienced Talent Sourcing Manager (m/f/d) to connect our company with the best talent on the market. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and continuously improving our talent sourcing strategy. 

 

Tasks

  • Development and implementation of a holistic sourcing strategy for various specialist and management positions.
  • Building and maintaining talent pipelines and talent pools for critical and future key positions
  • Conducting market and competitive analyses, identifying relevant target companies and profiles
  • Identification of suitable candidates via relevant channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Xing, CV databases, professional networks)
  • Development of target group-specific communication concepts and messages, as well as professional direct marketing.
  • Building long-term relationships with candidates and positioning the company as an attractive employer
  • Close coordination with HR business partners and hiring managers to clarify profiles and prioritize roles, as well as advice on market availability, sourcing options and target group access.
  • Support in expanding our employer brand among relevant target groups, as well as building and maintaining talent communities.
  • Monitoring and reporting of relevant KPIs (e.g., time-to-source, response rates, pipeline quality)
  • Derivation of optimization measures and continuous development of our sourcing processes, tools and methods.

 

profile

  • Completed studies, e.g. in the field of economics, psychology, HR management or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in active sourcing / talent sourcing / recruiting, ideally in an international environment or in a rapidly growing organization
  • Extensive experience in using business networks (especially LinkedIn, Xing) and other sourcing tools (e.g., Boolean Search, Talent Insights, CV databases)
  • Strong ability to analyze target markets and target groups and to derive effective sourcing strategies from this.
  • Strong communication and networking skills, as well as a confident and respectful demeanor towards candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Structured, independent work style, strong hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for innovation and continuous improvement
