Description

Manager Maintenance Delivery is responsible for developing the asset management framework for facilities and managing the delivery of comprehensive 5-star facility management service including day-to-day maintenance services, by outsourced contracts and in house teams, ensuring all assets are maintained in a safe and effective manner to meet business defined KPls and objectives. Main duties include: Develop and promote collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, through regular and effective communication forums, to ensure departmental objectives, KPls and targets are aligned with their requirements and any challenges/opportunities are quickly addressed. Champion a continuous improvement culture within the delivery department direct employed and contract employed teams, by leading the identification and delivery of sustainable continuous improvement projects which support the delivery of a world class facility. Periodically review the scope, applicability, and commercial value of the various contracts responsible for the delivery of maintenance services across the areas of responsibility, to ensure the output meets with stakeholder requirements and delivers best value to the business. Develop the Asset Management System (AMS) across facilities asset portfolio, by deploying the Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP) to achieve and maintain the ISO 55001 accreditation for the facilities in scope. Qualification, experience and skills: Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil. Nine (9) years work experience in Facilities Management; Operation and Maintenance of Airport Facilities including Hangar. Knowledge of 400Hz power system is a must. Experience in Electrical, Mechanical systems including Hangar Doors; HVAC experience is preferable. Experience in Civil roof works and other Civil works is preferable. Proficient in English language.
