The Merchant Building is a transformational project that rises 32 stories into the Downtown skyline. This vertical neighborhood of nearly 700,000 Square feet will be unlike anything else in the city, bringing the best of the development teams' deep national experience home to Columbus, Ohio. The Hotel is a 206-room, luxury hotel offering an approachable luxury experience amidst a storied and layered design. The space will provide rejuvenation within the vertical neighborhood of The Merchant Building, offering premium services, immediate connection to community interests, and a plethora of thoughtfully curated experiences.  This individual takes pride in everything they do, from creating memorable experiences for guests to leading a team of individuals who have a heightened attention to detail. This leader will ensure that all BEO events are executed to the minute detail, functions are set up, managed efficiently, and follow a strict timeline. This leader will serve as an ambassador while providing courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service at all times. Requested Tasks: * Support leadership of The Merchant Building team, including the launch of Residences and Club Residences & Club event support: * Manage CRM and event platforms to track leads, RSVPs, attendance, and guest engagement, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and company policies * Manage calendars and schedule meetings, private tours, events, and receptions with precision * Confirm details with internal teams and external guests to ensure a seamless experience * Anticipate scheduling changes and proactively resolve conflicts * Coordinate event logistics, including timelines, vendor communication, and on-site support as needed * Support the delivery of a refined and personalized experience for all guests and partners Prospect Journey support (Residences): * Support application and closing processes, including preparing and organizing contracts, background checks, document collection, and compliance tracking in alignment with company policies and Fair Housing requirements * Lead resident onboarding and move-in coordination, ensuring a smooth and organized transition from contract execution through occupancy Operational Support: * Support day-to-day readiness of the Design Gallery, ensuring the space is well-presented, organized, and aligned with brand standards. This includes general inventory, materials, and hospitality-related needs to maintain a guest-ready environment. * Demonstrate agility and adaptability by embracing evolving processes, contributing to the development of new systems, and maintaining effectiveness in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. * Provide administrative and coordination support across vendor and operational agreements. * Assist with The Merchant Building special projects, including follow-ups and team coordination. * Ramp of operational systems & processes in anticipation of project opening.
