Description

We are seeking a Manager – Management Consultant to join our Transformation Team at MMC. This role will be based in our London office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

  • This is a temporary role for a period of 18 months however it is likely to get extended to last the duration of the project.
  • The role is part of the Transformation team within the Office of the CIO&O, in Business and Client Services. This group delivers Executive Committee sponsored enterprise-wide transformation projects such as operating model design, organization change and other efficiency and effectiveness programs
  • The team is currently focused on a multi-year enterprise-wide program. The objectives include greater speed to market of technology solutions, support of digital strategies, financial savings for reinvestment, enabling greater colleague engagement and supporting greater insights for clients through data and analytics. The program is organized into pillars with this role supporting the areas of People, Process and Technology.
  • This manager role focuses on supporting the program management office, along with other projects coming out of the Office of the CIO&O. These may include strategic planning, innovation programs and other executive support
