Description

Manager (MCO) Manufacturing Change Owner Roles and Responsibilities Discuss design activities with Product Design Lead as per Product Life Cycle database and create Engineering Change Order for various mechanical & electrical components in manufacturing. Collaborating with the review board made up of Scrum Master, PDL, Factory Stakeholders and with support teams to conclude the action plans on New CN (Change Notices), New PCR (Product Change Request) and PCE (Product Change Execution) and Initiate Change Notice. Good knowledge on ORACLE ERP or SAP System. Experienced in data migration by using tools like Windchill PDM Database, IBM Lotus, Symphony. Good experience in Product Data Management (PDM), Product Life Cycle (PLC) & comprehensive knowledge on BOM structuring and Creation. Follow-up on complete life cycle of Engineering Change Notice for substantiations of SS1/SS2 suppliers for various mechanical/electronic components. Good Knowledge on Data mining & Configuration management changes for electronic component specification, Material data sheets, Mechanical details. Establishing the workflow to setup all requirements from Planning RM Parts, Data pack Sharing, Routing the MES Traceability from Screen Printing to Packaging (E2E) Cross functional deployments with Key stakeholders on Readiness of Proto/Pilot/Production initial Build with all deliverables (SMT Set-up Table, OWS, ICT & FCT Program Readiness with Quality Audit Validations with CTQ, FMEA /Control Plans/Organizing Built Samples for PVT LOB Validations for Go/No-Go. Good Knowledge in PCBA manufacturing Process and Test Good knowledge in Product Final Assembly and Test Good knowedge in Process quality for both PCB Assembly & Test and Product Assembly and Test Incorporating Engineering change Notice as per the R&D notification.
