Description

To plan, organize and control production to ensure that products are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and to quality standard. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Plan,Implement and control production schedule. Determine and implement improvements to the production process and cycle time. Make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, human and materials resources Work out/Set and adhere to standard operating procedures for production operations. Ensure implementation and adherence to 5S, health quality control and safety procedures Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resource or equivalent Experience in Semiconductor is an added advantage.
