In this role, you will lead the manufacturing test methodology and execution plan for next-generation boards and systems, specializing in manufacturing testing engineering, test program release process and execution, CM testing management, and team leadership. What you will be doing: Lead manufacturing test engineering across the full product lifecycle, optimizing processes, systems, and tools to deliver high-quality products efficiently. Coordinate test solution implementation and automation with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and internal teams. Oversee testing facility design, build, and upkeep. What we need to see: Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, or related fields. 8+ overall years of manufacturing test experience with 3+ years of management experience. Extensive expertise in test methods, programs, and test hardware, including design, development, validation, and implementation. Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, analytical skills, and a commitment to excellence.
