About this Position What you´ll do Define and drive HAT’s global market strategy and GTM excellence framework across all business units Ensure alignment of our strategic direction and digitalization efforts with business objectives and growth priorities Lead the execution of regional and global strategic initiatives, working directly with various business unit, functional, and other key leadership stakeholders Drive the ideation, design, and deployment of HAT’s Integrated Steering & Reporting Platform, in collaboration with business units and cross-functional teams Establish an efficient interface between business stakeholders and technical teams to drive the development and scaling of the platform Lead change management initiatives related to GTM transformation and digital tool adoption.
