Description
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute localized marketing campaigns tailored to KSA audiences, aligned with brand and sales objectives, Build and maintain relationships with top influencers, agencies, media platforms, and local content creators. Drive paid digital marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.) and track ROI on all channels. Manage affiliate and influencer programs, ensuring strong ROI and measurable impact on conversions. Identify and secure strategic collaborations with banks, fintech's, and lifestyle partners for co-branded marketing, sponsorships, and joint promotions. Work closely with Dubai HQ marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent brand communication across all markets. Plan and execute seasonal marketing calendars, new brand launches, and promotional events. Analyze campaign data, performance reports, and consumer insights to optimize marketing investments, Ensure strong alignment between marketing, merchandising, and operations teams to support commercial objectives. Key Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communication (MBA preferred). 5-8 years of experience in E-commerce or Retail Marketing, preferably in Fashion, Beauty, or Lifestyle sectors, Strong exposure to the Saudi market, with proven relationships in the influencer, agency, and digital ecosystem, Experience in managing paid marketing, influencer campaigns, and affiliate networks. Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English & Arabic). Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.). Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Highly organized, creative, and result-oriented with a commercial mindset. Key KPIs Campaign ROI and contribution to monthly GMV. Influencer performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion). Number and value of strategic partnerships/sponsorships closed, Growth in traffic, sessions, and conversion rates from marketing channels. Brand awareness and visibility uplift within KSA market.
Responsibilities
