Responsibilities

As the Manager, Marketing Content & Social Media, you will be responsible for developing and executing a cohesive strategy across all social media platforms to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth. You will oversee the planning, creation, and distribution of compelling content that aligns with the brand’s voice and marketing objectives. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to drive performance and ensure consistency across channels. In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Develop and manage the brand’s social media strategy across all platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Facebook).
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental and cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with programs, promotions, and broader brand goals.
  • Monitor social media trends, audience behaviour, and platform updates to inform strategy, and analyze performance metrics to help optimize content based on insights.
  • Lead content production efforts, including copywriting, communications calendar, influencer briefs, scheduling tool, and community engagement.
  • Oversee external agencies or freelancers involved in content production and development.
  • Lead the AMM, Content & Social Media, providing mentorship and input, leading to improvement in soft and hard skills and future career development.
