The Opportunity:

We're looking for a Manager Marketing Programs to join our Marketing & Communications team on a permanent full-time basis, with an immediate start available and based in our East Perth office.

This is an opportunity for a strong marketing leader who knows how to turn strategy into action. You'll lead customer focused marketing programs that drive engagement, conversion, and retention, while partnering closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver meaningful commercial outcomes.

Leading both B2C and B2B marketing activity, you'll work across product, digital, brand, and sales teams to deliver integrated campaigns that create impact. You'll also play an important role in developing capability within the team, fostering collaboration, and helping shape the future direction of our marketing programs.

You're a confident and influential leader who brings strong marketing experience and a track record of delivering results. You know how to bring people together around a common goal, build strong relationships with stakeholders and lead teams to achieve successful outcomes.

You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and are comfortable balancing long-term priorities with day-to-day delivery. You're commercially minded, customer focused and are experienced in creating marketing programs that drive measurable impact.
