YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-8 years of experience in marketing innovation, with a strong track record of delivering growth through product innovation.
  • Experience in leading consumer research, with the ability to draw actionable insights and collaborate with research agencies.
  • Previous experience in FMCG/QSR/F&B industry is highly desired.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to make strategic recommendations.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders across various functions.
  • Ability to influence and inspire with a compelling narrative that aligns with brand goals.
