Lead the end-to-end product development pipeline from ideation to commercial launch. Coordinate with R&D, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and other key functions to ensure timely and successful product launches. Conduct pre-marketing feasibility analysis, including demand forecast, pricing, and operational fit. Translate brand vision and positioning into actionable product strategies that resonate with target consumers. Analyze trends and consumer behavior to define product opportunities. Lead consumer test and research together with R&D team to translate insights into commercially viable product concepts. Validate technical and operational feasibility of product ideas with relevant stakeholders. Track and evaluate post-launch performance to refine future NPD strategies. Prepare and present product development reports, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership. Collaborate closely with the international franchisor on alignment, approval, and knowledge sharing. Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field. 7+ years of experience in the food industry, preferably in QSR or F&B, with a mix of R&D and product marketing/sales experience. Proven track record in leading cross-functional NPD projects from concept to launch. Strong understanding of market research, commercial feasibility, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy. Proactive, driven, and results-oriented with a bias for action. Highly organized and structured, able to manage multiple projects and timelines. Strategic thinker with sharp commercial instincts. Passionate about the dessert and ice cream industry. Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Good at presentation skills. Comfortable working with data and performance analysis tools.
