MANAGER, MARKETING OPERATIONS (FIXED-TERM)

Are you passionate about streamlining processes, ensuring efficiency, and driving excellence in marketing operations? We’re seeking a dynamic individual to take on the pivotal role of Marketing Operations Manager in the BA Fazer Confectionery Marketing team. As a key contributor to our business success, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring that our marketing processes are well-aligned, efficiently executed, and consistently delivering value to our stakeholders and our consumers.
As the Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll spearhead the development and implementation of marketing operations across the BA and commercial teams. Your primary focus will be on developing and leading the GTM and Portfolio Management processes, refining tools, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to enhance our marketing effectiveness.
Building on solid understanding of marketing management and processes, you will be developing our ways of working and ensuring the efficient and consistent marketing operations management across all our Business Units.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning of our annual marketing calendar in collaboration with the Confectionery BA Marketing Directors.
  • Ensure adherence to the marketing calendar, providing guidance and training to global and local teams as necessary.
  • Project manage critical cross-BU marketing meetings and facilitate meetings related to the GTM and Portfolio Management processes. Coordinate GTM process deliverables from all BUs, ensuring timely completion.
  • Maintain consistent communication with key stakeholders to ensure readiness at all stages of the marketing cycle.
  • Develop marketing tools, from basic excel files to digital planning and project management tools, to facilitate streamlined workflows.
  • Create standardized marketing templates based on industry best practices and organizational needs.
  • Provide training on tool usage and gather feedback for continuous enhancement.
  • Execute marketing reporting, consolidating key KPIs across BUs.
    You will be a part of the Fazer Confectionery Marketing team and collaborate closely with several functions and roles across the company. You will work closely with colleagues in the BU Marketing teams, CU Marketing Activation Managers and GTM roles, CU Category Leads, Group Marketing, R&D teams (PLM Managers, R&D team leads) and Design team as well as key stakeholders in FLF Marketing.
    You will report to VP, Head of BU Chocolate. The position can be located in Vantaa, Finland or Stockholm, Sweden. We work mainly onsite (min. 4 days / week). This fulltime role is a fixed-term position until end of September 2026.
