Description The Manager, Marketing Projects will report to the Director, Marketing Operations and will help shape the department as we launch our inaugural season. The Manager, Marketing Projects will support the Director, Marketing Operations in leading the daily marketing activities of the Club, the management and execution of fan engagement, creative projects, promotions, events, personnel, and the departmental budget. We seek someone with a strong grasp of fu´tbol culture and a brilliant creative mind to help us achieve our goals. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: MARKETING MANAGEMENT Collaborate with internal teams and trusted partners to implement marketing plans and campaigns. Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all marketing initiatives. Work closely with the creative team to produce compelling assets that align with brand and campaign goals. Support Business Development and Commercial teams by coordinating the creation of impactful marketing assets and presentations for prospects. Build and maintain strong relationships with trusted partners to execute joint marketing initiatives effectively. Assist in the development of recap decks for brand and marketing campaigns, focusing on execution and results. PROJECT MANAGEMENT Manage marketing workflows, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within scope. Utilize project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) to organize and track campaign progress, deliverables, and milestones. Serve as the primary liaison for cross-departmental marketing projects, fostering effective communication and collaboration. Balance multiple priorities and deadlines, ensuring smooth coordination and alignment across teams. Provide regular updates and facilitate revisions to ensure projects meet stakeholder expectations. TICKETING SUPPORT Collaborate with the ticketing department to execute promotional campaigns that drive ticket sales. Coordinate the creation and approval of marketing assets for ticketing initiatives, including digital ads, email campaigns, and other promotional materials. Work with the CRM team to align email marketing strategies with broader marketing objectives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field required. 3+ years of experience in marketing management, with demonstrated success in campaign execution and collaboration. 2+ years experience in an MLS club or professional sports team front office. Advanced expertise in managing multiple projects and balancing competing priorities. Proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on execution and delivery. Comprehensive understanding of marketing, promotions, and brand management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com), Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM platforms. Knowledge of marketing, promotions, event planning and game production. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
