JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW:

The Manager, Marketing & Sales for the Spruce Grove Saints will be responsible for assisting the Director of Sales & Marketing with driving all sales functions and operations while developing marketing programs to increase revenue and profits. This individual is responsible for achieving sales goals, developing distribution channels, building strategic business relationships, formulating innovative business development strategies, and providing vision for all sales strategies and their execution. The Manager, Marketing & Sales, will also play a significant role with all media properties, including technical setup and support. This individual will also be required to use their creativity and expertise to create content for various platforms, while managing websites and social media platforms.

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Lead group sales effort for the Spruce Grove Saints with monthly group sales goals and reporting.
• Assist in executing a strategic marketing plan for the Spruce Grove Saints.
• Oversee and manage ticketing operations for Spruce Grove Saints.
• Assist in prospecting and solidifying new sponsorship opportunities for Spruce Grove Saints.
• Stay up to date with external and internal developments for identifying new market segments.
• Create marketing campaigns for new products and promotions.
• Assist with game presentation for all Spruce Grove Saints home games.
• Assist with all promos for any programming that will go out on social channels.
• Assist in managing all Spruce Grove Saints social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Website, etc.
• Assist with game day operations for the Stony Plain Eagles
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and travel across Western Canada as required.
• Other duties and projects as required.
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
