BASIC FUNCTION OF THE POSITION:

Looking for an innovative and results-driven Manager, Marketing to join our marketing team. If you thrive on strategy, creativity, and analytics, this is the perfect opportunity to make an impact.
As the Manager, Marketing, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and brand awareness. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, sales, membership, research and agency partners, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
Looking for a marketing strategist who will plan and execute campaigns across digital channels. They need to have experience in paid media, email marketing (not looking for a social media expert) and able to understand the back end of the campaigns (analyzing the data and performance). The manager should have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, be highly analytical, familiar with Salesforce, LinkedIn platforms, Meta, and google analytics.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience: 5+ years in marketing, project management, or digital marketing.
  • Education: BS in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

EDUCATION/TRAINING:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or related field preferred, or commensurate experience.

SKILLS/CAPABILITIES/TECHNICAL:

  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
  • Experience evaluating new technology options for more efficient marketing operations, App integrations, and customer service products.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking KPIs, A/B testing, and optimizing conversion rates.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to track and manage marketing activities.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience creating dashboards and reports.
  • Experience working with Salesforce Journey Builder a plus, but not a criteria.
