Job Description The Marketing Services Manager plays a key role within the Creative Services Department, supporting branding and company initiatives. This position oversees the execution of creative projects submitted through the request intake system and works cross-functionally with requesters, designers, internal reviewers, and production teams. The role ensures all projects are accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time, with a primary focus on managing workflows for non-traditional venues (NTVs) and Flagship Restaurants. Your Impact and Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end workflow of creative projects, including timelines, budgets, and communication Support creative development across multiple channels and platforms Partner with teams across Brand, RSO, and Operations to ensure alignment and execution of creative needs Communicate with requesters to ensure all required project information is provided Collaborate with designers to ensure projects are accurate, effective, and timely Provide strategic direction and day-to-day support to internal and external creative teams Ensure projects follow the defined creative review and approval process Deliver project status updates to the internal team and key stakeholders Maintain workload reports and flag team bandwidth or timeline concerns Coordinate production handoffs and vendor routing for approved creative requests Identify and recommend improvements to creative development and workflow processes Qualifications Travel Requirements: Up to 5% Required Qualifications: 4-6 years of experience in creative project management Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field Working knowledge of marketing, creative, and design workflows Demonstrated collaboration with graphic designers and production teams Experience with digital creative development for websites and applications Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage vendor partnerships Strong time management, project management, and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications: Background within the QSR industry Experience with construction or architecture-related projects Additional Information The physical work environment for this role includes a combination of working from a home-based office, representing Raising Cane’s out in the community, traveling throughout the division, as well as time spent in our Restaurants. This can and will include working in a fast-paced kitchen and interacting with and serving customers. This requires extended periods of physical exertion such as walking, standing and lifting. It also includes working both inside and outside in varied temperatures, with and around food products and common allergens, industrial equipment, commercial cleaning products, and requires use of personal protective equipment and ergonomic activities necessary to complete the job function.
