Job Purpose: We are seeking a Manager – Marketplace Insights for our SAMEA (South Asia, Middle East, Africa) Cluster. Managing insights for one of the fastest growing clusters for the organization, this role provides immense opportunity to maximize the potential of our brands in a diverse set of markets with a consumer-first agenda. In this role, you will inform strategic priorities and business actions on the SAMEA Levi’s business through consumer and marketplace insights. You will partner with functional leaders from the commercial and brand teams to understand key issues and guide strategies and tactics to grow the business and strengthen the Brand, leveraging existing and bespoke consumer and market research. You will set the insights agenda based on business priorities in service to your SAMEA business partners. This role reports to the Head of Marketplace Insights, APAC and partners closely with the regional cross-functional leadership team. Responsibilities: Act as voice of consumer and marketplace expert, delivering relevant insights on key SAMEA business priorities. Provide consumer perspective and competitive benchmarks to inform assortment, in-store merchandising, and brand experience choices to identify opportunities to grow the business and strengthening the brand. Deliver timely and integrated analyses leveraging both quantitative and qualitative research to inform key decisions to drive both brand and business growth Identify risks and opportunities through rigorous analysis gathering knowledge from a spectrum of internal and external resources Collaborate with insights and business partners to determine key research needs, ensuring projects are efficiently planned and managed and delivered in a clear, compelling, accurate and actionable way against business goals. Partner with global marketplace insights team to leverage global tools and best practices Lead marketing effectiveness measurement operations, analysis, and application Develop and champion a culture of deep consumer understanding and empathy that becomes internalized by business partners and becomes a foundational element for key decisions Partner with and manage third party agencies in the design and execution of consumer research Develop strong and effective working relationships with business partners to enable actionable insights Requirements: University degree in relevant field, Masters preferred Fluent in English (written & spoken) 10 to 15 years' experience in consumer goods and/or services required Expertise in both quantitative and qualitative market research, including primary survey research techniques, ethnographies, concept testing, advertising evaluation, segmentation and shopper insights A storyteller who can synthesize research into digestible insights and effectively communicate outcomes in a clear, actionable manner. Strategic thinking, efficient project management and execution with a clear bias for action Experience leveraging AI capabilities in research execution & analysis Highly energetic and self-motivated with the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment and ambiguous situations Ability to work with minimal supervision in a matrix organization, leveraging creative thinking to navigate ambiguity, solve problems, and deliver results across cross-functional teams Benefits We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
