REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor’s degree required or 5 years prior experience in a materials management role
  2. General business operations knowledge and experience, particularly with inventory control systems, preferably in a cGMP environment
  3. Job functions cannot be performed remotely.
  4. Basic computer skills (including MS Word, MS Excel); ability to learn other database software,
  5. Dress, speak and act in professional manner

Responsibilities
  1. Management of the material planning and procurement process and inventory control
  2. Oversight of materials warehouse
  3. Perform incoming material processing, allocation and reconciliation
  4. Maintain custody of materials not in production
  5. Interact with clients as is relates to client specific inventory
  6. Write, review, edit and approve master documents as applicable: SOPs, reports, specifications, policies, and directives
  7. Assist in the execution of studies and qualifications of equipment and processes, as needed
  8. Write/Review/Approve (as applicable):
    a. Operational Deviations Reports (ODR)
    b. Change Management Documentation
    c. Supplier Nonconformances
  9. Perform supplier audits, as needed
  10. Perform internal audits
  11. Onsite attendance required. (Being physically present at work on a regular basis is considered a critical part of performing the job duties)
  12. Must be able to develop and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers, subordinates, and vendors.
