Job Description As a Manager MBM Global Supply Chain, you will ensure timely, compliant, and efficient logistics for leukapheresis and drug products in clinical trials and commercial operations. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a highly regulated environment. In this position, you will lead a team responsible for cell & gene therapy (CGT) supply chain execution as well as process design and system optimization, you will be acting as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and driving continuous improvement. You will organize and provide courier-level, cold chain logistics services for Miltenyi functions and ensure on time, in full, in spec (OTIFIS) execution. You will manage order processing, documentation, and archiving, and maintain strong relationships with business partners and suppliers, including invoice and payment control. In addition, you will conduct logistical feasibility assessments and provide scheduling guidance for standard lanes. You will design and optimize CGT supply chain processes, ensuring risk-based, GDP/GxP-compliant documentation, SOPs, and change controls. Your responsibilities include team qualification and training, equipment and system validation, and supplier qualification, managing deviations, excursions, and complaints in close alignment with the execution team. Qualifications You hold a university degree in (Life) Sciences, Business Administration, Engineering; an advanced degree is a plus. You bring several years of relevant experience supply chain management ideally in a bio-and/or pharmaceutical context of personalized cell and gene therapies – specific relevant experience in process design, re-engineering, documentation; in cold chain management, GDP compliance, courier-level logistics, customs, dangerous goods (DG) is a plus. You have successfully led teams and managed complex projects in highly regulated environments, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills. You communicate confidently in English (German is highly valued), build strong stakeholder relationships across functions, and influence without direct authority while driving continuous improvement.
