Job Description We are seeking a talented innovative Mechanical Engineers, to join our team in our Building Engineering practice. As a key member of our Building Services team, you will be responsible for Execute, developing, and improving mechanical systems and products that meet our clients' needs and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have over 5-8 years of experience in project planning, preferably within the building and possess strong technical and leadership skills. • Manages portfolio of clients with multiple projects. • Responsible for delivering revenues assigned from specific clients as a result of repeat business caused by flawless execution of projects. • Consistently delivers profit margins planned. • Consistently completes project without write-downs or multiplier erosion. • Typically manages projects involving RTF (Risk Triggering Factors). • Manages more complex clients and projects. • Has decision-making authority and directs other Project Managers in recognizing risk and uncertainty with plans to mitigate and eliminate such. • Directs staff to operate and minimize exposure to claims. • Supervises and directs Project Managers with multiple projects or program of projects. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering, or related field (Mandatory). • Minimum 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering for construction projects. Additional Information • Knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) • Experience working with HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
