Description

Comply Safety at work place as per HSE standards. Contribute for the monitoring and reduction of the waste and implement LEAN project. Ensure all RA and corresponding SOP are available and are complied. Contact outside Contractors/Consultants for speeding up major / critical breakdown rectification jobs. Liaise with the Dock safety representative for the annual and five yearly inspections and load testing of all container handling equipments and certification of the same. Implementation of the reliability based maintenance and 5S. Annual staff appraisals. Preparation of Reliability reports and its analysis.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with safety standards and implement waste reduction strategies. Manage maintenance activities and liaise with contractors for critical breakdowns.
