Roles & Responsibilities: To ensure Reliability of Tire Building Equipment's through PM, PdM and breakdown maintenance activities by implementing GPS - RE methodology. Responsible for driving a crew of mechanical technician, Asst Manager Mechanical, Senior Officer Mechanical. Analysis of shift breakdown through why and RCFA. Implementation of good Countermeasures on breakdown. Shift management of mechanical team. Able to achieve reliability goals by improvement in MTTR & MTBF. Coordination within the Business Center with production and quality team to achieve plant's goal. Identity obsolete equipment's parts and its plan to upgrade. Repeated issues analysis and improvement activities Responsible for waste controls, spare parts management & engineering cost control. Carry out planned maintenance and predictive maintenance activities. Ability to handle project work especially upgrade of tire building machines. Must have good knowledge of VMI tire building machines and Steelastic cutter machines. Skills & Experience Required: Degree in Mechanical Engineering with min experience of 13 - 15 years in tire building area.
