Description
Responsibilities: * Plan, develop and execute integrated media campaigns to promote HKTDC events, exhibitions and programme; * Manage end‑to‑end digital marketing campaigns across channels including social media, Google Ads, display and programmatic platforms; * Create and oversee marketing content, including copywriting, visual design concepts and social media content, ensuring brand consistency and effectiveness; * Coordinate and liaise with internal stakeholders, media partners, vendors and creative agencies closely to drive effective campaign execution; * Monitor and manage marketing budgets, campaign performance, analyze results, and prepare reports with actionable insights; * Stay abreast of marketing trends, new media channels and digital platforms to enhance campaign effectiveness; * Conduct market, audience and media analysis to support media planning and strategic decision‑making.   Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management or related disciplines; * A minimum of 4 years’ solid working experience in all-rounded marketing and event management; * Proficient in digital marketing, including social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, WeChat, RedNote etc; * Solid experience with analytics and monitoring tools, including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tealium, Meltwater, and similar platforms; * Proficient in MS Office; experience with design and video editing tools is an advantage; * Proven ability in communication and stakeholder management; * Strong project and event management capabilities, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment; * Detail‑minded, well‑organized, and proactive; * Creative and resourceful, with a problem‑solving mindset; * Excellent written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and English, with strong copywriting and presentation skills.   Candidates with less experience may be considered for Assistant Manager.
