Description
Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a skilled MEP Supervisor to lead our Facilities Management efforts, focusing on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. The MEP Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across the facilities. This role ensures all MEP systems are functioning efficiently, safely, and in compliance with operational standards, supporting the smooth operation of rides, attractions, and guest facilities. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate MEP technicians and contractors in performing maintenance and repair tasks. Monitor the performance of HVAC, electrical panels, lighting systems, water supply, drainage, and fire protection systems. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance. Respond to emergency breakdowns and coordinate timely resolution to minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and internal quality standards. Assist in commissioning and handover of new MEP installations from the development team. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, service reports, and spare parts inventory. Support energy efficiency initiatives and recommend system upgrades or improvements. Liaise with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize operational disruptions. Train and mentor junior technicians on technical procedures and safety practices. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP supervision, preferably in theme parks, hospitality, or large-scale facilities. Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and equipment. Familiarity with maintenance management systems and safety protocols. Good communication and leadership skills. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
