YOUR BUSINESS:

Everyday Business Banking supports Australian business’ Everyday Banking needs, from the smallest businesses to the largest corporates. EBB is responsible for the end-to-end management of Deposit & Transactions, Payments Acceptance, and Health products. In addition, EBB is responsible for the delivery of business customers lifecycle management, cross-cutting initiatives, and working to support Banker’s in developing Transaction Banking client solutions to customers.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • An understanding of merchant acquiring, including merchant terminals, ecommerce platforms, payment gateways, payments and card schemes would be a great advantage
  • Experience in researching and interpreting card scheme rules in plain business language
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in providing concise and clear advice.
  • Experience in Risk or Compliance
  • Well-developed problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to function effectively both as part of a team and autonomously
  • A pragmatic and solutions-focused mindset, with a proactive, can-do approach, open to new ideas and experiences and adaptable to change
  • Excellent organisational skills and a thorough approach to your work, with a very high level of attention to detail
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks, financial services law, obligations and familiarity with policy requirements from ASIC, BCCC, AFCA.
