Responsibilities

We are looking for a Manager join our Pannawonica leadership team and lead our Mobile Equipment Maintenance (MEM) operations teams to success.
As an experienced asset management and/or maintenance optimisation leader, this is a great opportunity to lead our people centric maintenance team. Reporting to the General Manager, Pannawonica and working in a challenging and exciting environment, you will be:

  • Identifying opportunities to optimise and rationalise mobile equipment assets
  • Deploying and developing maintenance teams and individuals
  • Ensuring core asset management processes and practices are being applied
  • Assessing and managing risks over asset lifecycle
  • Reviewing and auditing compliance
  • Reporting incidents as appropriate

In addition to the above, you’ll build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across our operational teams and functional support teams while externally, you’ll work with our original equipment manufacturers.
