WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
The American Red Cross is seeking a Manager of Monitoring and Evaluation for its International Services and Service to the Armed Forces departments. The manager owns and promotes the “rules and tools” across the DMERL (Design, Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning) spectrum and supports program team members at national headquarters and in the field to implement design and monitoring standards and systems with fidelity. The position owns, executes, and provides leadership of standards for evaluation and research studies. The Manager represents the American Red Cross at and provides PMER competency and support to the Red Cross / Red Crescent Movement, as well as to the wider American Red Cross organization. This position supervises staff members performing monitoring, evaluation, and research, and provides support, development and/or leadership guidance to DMERL volunteers. This position is 100% remote.
