Description We are seeking a hands-on, motivated Car Wash Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Positions are available at various levels of experience. Customer Service Excellence: Foster a culture of friendly, professional, and efficient service. Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of daily business operations, including opening/closing procedures, safety protocols, and compliance with company standards. Training & Development: Provide ongoing coaching and training to staff to ensure knowledge of POS systems, car wash operations, and company policies. Facility Maintenance: Ensure the tunnel, vacuum area, customer spaces, and backrooms are always clean, safe, and well-maintained. Administrative Oversight: Complete reports, scheduling, and other administrative tasks accurately and on time. Safety & Standards: Maintain a safe workplace and uphold company policies, holding regular meetings to align staff on expectations and goals. ** Must be willing to work outside during all seasons. ** Requirements Qualifications Experience: 2+ years in management or supervisory roles (car wash, automotive, retail, or service industry preferred). Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, time management, and organizational abilities. Technical: Mechanically inclined with a basic understanding of computer systems/POS software. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Personal Attributes: Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to motivate and inspire others. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours) Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, and maneuver throughout the workday Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and move up to 25 pounds Ability to safely move over wet, uneven, or slippery surfaces and in confined spaces Alert and able to work safely around moving vehicles and equipment
