Description
1) Equipment Performance & Reliability Own OEE strategy for critical workstations; identify loss buckets (performance, rate efficiency) and drive closure using ATM dashboard drill‑downs and RCAs. Achieve site targets for Machine Availability and UDT/SDT; publish weekly performance and recovery plans. Establish/maintain preventive maintenance (PM) plans, calibration schedules, and golden device control for test assets. Coordinate repair lab diagnostics; reduce MTTR through fault‑isolation standards, spares kits, and vendor escalations. Operate within MSI QMS and ISO 9001/IATF‑aligned processes; ensure audit readiness for Test equipment evidence trails (procedures, training, records, ESH). Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA/8D); verify effectiveness and sustainment via documented assessments. Lead a mixed team of engineers and technicians supporting ATE/Burn‑in/handlers; build capabilities in troubleshooting, PM excellence, and QMS discipline consistent with our MSI Test Equipment org footprint. Partner closely with Test Process, Manufacturing, IE, and QAE to align floor improvement roadmaps and readiness milestones. Bachelor's degree in electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics (or related). 10-15 years in semiconductor Test Equipment Engineering with hands‑on ATE/Burn‑in/handler experience and structured PM/calibration practices. Proven track record improving MA/UDT/SDT/OEE using production dashboards and statistical methods (SPC, Pareto, DOE). Working knowledge of QMS/ISO 9001; familiarity with IATF expectations for equipment evidence and customer requirement mapping. Experience with CMMS/EDC systems for parts/spares governance. Lean/Six Sigma certification (GB/BB) and 8D facilitation. Vendor‑side exposure to test handlers/burn‑in ovens/environmental systems and utilities. Technical: ATE (functional), burn‑in, handlers/transfer; electronics troubleshooting; calibration/metrology; PM standards; ESD/ESH. Analytical: ATM/OEE analytics; SPC; root cause; problem‑solving tools; KPI reporting. Leadership: Team development, shift coverage planning, coaching technicians/engineers, cross‑functional communication. Process & Compliance: Document control, training records, audit readiness, CAPA effectiveness verification.
