Job Summary:** Tempur Japan is seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager, Multi Retail Stores to oversee the operational excellence and sales performance of multiple retail locations across Japan. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and fostering high-performing store teams. Job Responsibilities:** * Lead, mentor, and develop a team of store managers and their respective retail teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. * Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives across all assigned retail stores to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. * Monitor and analyze retail store performance, including sales, inventory, operational costs, and customer feedback, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. * Ensure consistent execution of Tempur Japan’s brand standards, visual merchandising guidelines, and customer service protocols across all locations. * Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and loss prevention, to maximize product availability and minimize shrinkage. * Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and events effectively within retail stores. * Manage store budgets, control expenses, and optimize resource allocation to ensure profitability. * Conduct regular store visits to assess operational efficiency, identify training needs, and provide on-site support and coaching. * Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform business strategies. * Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and local regulations. Job Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. * Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in multi-unit retail management, preferably within a premium or luxury brand environment. * Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets and operational KPIs. * Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and inspire diverse teams. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with fluency in both Japanese and English (written and spoken). * Solid understanding of retail operations, including sales forecasting, inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service best practices. * Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Ability to travel frequently to various retail locations across Japan. * Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve problems effectively, and make data-driven decisions. * Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional retail experiences.
