Manager MWM Sales Consulting & Proposals (m/w/d)

YOUR QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, technical sales or offer management for complex projects in the energy sector.
  • Strong understanding of turnkey technical solutions and commercial strategies.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities and a strong team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with well-developed change management capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluent English skills required for professional communication and documentation

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to a global team of customer segment sales consultants and proposal engineers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Coordinate the development of customer-centric value propositions tailored to specific industry segments (e.g. Data Centers, Metal & Mining, Pulp & Paper etc.).
  • Support the creation and execution of Joint Execution Plans (JEPs).
  • Oversee and maintain the end-to-end bid preparation process.
  • Manage proposal timelines, ensure content quality and coordinate input from key stakeholders.
  • Maintain and continuously improve proposal templates, content libraries and best practices.
  • Drive ongoing improvements in bid preparation efficiency and increase win rates
